Expertise

I work with young adults who are carrying the impact of past trauma, whether from childhood or relationships, and who may find themselves struggling with anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), people-pleasing tendencies, or family and relationship challenges. I also enjoy working with young adults as they navigate self-discovery, life transitions, and the exploration of LGBTQIA+ identity.

My style is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I meet you wherever you’re starting. I believe the most important thing about therapy is finding the right match in a therapist, one who makes you feel safe and understood. This is why I provide a free 15-minute phone consultation.

I’ve been trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, in which we explore how our early interactions influence our current relationships. I incorporate ideas from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, the neurobiological impacts of trauma on the body, and the subsequent somatic work. I look forward to connecting with you!
