I believe that healing isn’t just about talking—it’s about feeling safe in your body, being seen in your truth, and finding connection, even when life events have made that feel out of reach. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, navigating relationships, living in survival mode, or healing from trauma or substance use, I’m here to support you—not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own strength.
My work is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, which means I hold deep respect for who you are, where you come from, and what you’ve survived. As a holistic therapist and certified yoga instructor, I weave in tools like breathwork and mindfulness (when it feels right for you) to help regulate the nervous system and reconnect mind and body.
