Natalie Barry, MHC-I

I am committed to supporting you on your journey toward becoming your best self. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming or unfamiliar, but reaching out is a sign of strength and a powerful first step toward growth and healing. My focus is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey. I strive to cultivate an atmosphere that celebrates, encourages, and honors the unique differences in each person’s story.

I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and others, to create a personalized care plan tailored to your individual needs. I work with adolescents, adults, and families to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, familial and relational conflict, and identity development.

I am especially passionate about supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly Latinx, Black, POC, and other marginalized communities, as they work to foster a deeper sense of self. Each identity we hold is woven into the fabric of who we are, shaping our path through life and contributing to a distinct lived experience that deserves to be understood and valued. Through exploring the intricacies of these identities and how they shape our interactions with the world, true healing can begin.
